1. Thermal storage circulation heating method
This is to continuously extract a part of the gas storage product from the gas storage container, and then return it to the container to mix with the cold storage gas after heating. With the action of mechanical stirring, the heat transfer is relatively fast. The sealing performance of the tank is good, so as to avoid the invasion of harmful substances and mosquitoes in the air, so that the liquid stored in the tank will not be polluted by the outside world and will not breed red worms. It is a storage tank made of stainless steel. Compared with ordinary rotomolded storage tanks, stainless steel storage tanks can withstand high pressure and are used in many high-pressure applications.
2. Hot water cushion heating method
This is relying on the hot water cushion below the gas storage to transfer heat to the gas storage. The reasonable water flow design of the pressure vessel prevents the sediment at the bottom of the tank from being turned up due to the water flow, so that the domestic water and fire fighting water are layered, and the turbidity of the domestic water coming out of the tank is reduced by 48.5 percent ; however, the water pressure increases. Conducive to improving the performance of domestic water and fire water facilities. The hot water is continuously replenished and the cooled cold water is replaced to maintain the temperature of the hot water cushion. Steam can be passed through to supplement the heat. This method is used when there is a convenient source of hot water.
